At Journey Christian Church, it is our desire to partner with parents to build a foundation of faith in future generations. JourneyTown exists to teach kids biblical truth and to help them develop a relationship with Jesus in environments that are specific to their age.
Our background screened and trained volunteers provide kids with engaging worship, bible lessons, games, and more! Each age group receives a specific curriculum in order to engage with God’s Word in a way they can understand.
JourneyTown facilitates spiritual development for all kids by empowering them to grow and develop, to learn and question, and to discover who God has made them to be, all while hanging out in a high-energy atmosphere with games, and crafts.

Kids’ safety is of utmost importance to us.
All our staff and volunteers are thoroughly screened and background checked. Parents check their kids in through our electronic check-in system, which helps ensure kids are only picked up by authorized people. Our kids area is protected on Sunday mornings during each service so unauthorized persons do not enter the area.
If you have any questions about your kids safety while at JourneyTown, please email our Family Life Pastor: justin.remes@journeyneworleans.org
